sorry for not replying earlier...
ahm, there's always news about people who steal art from dA and sell it outwards without copyrights - so whenever i see someone draw faves from my art and i see that person has no deviations on his own, i get very suspicious - when i look on their profile and see no answers to all the people thanking for faves i simply block that deviant... someone told me, that there are even "cambots" (i hope i remember that term correctly) - accounts, that automatically draw an immense number of faves... 
that's why i asked, did you get any comments...

ah I see, well truth be told, I haven't spent a lot of time on DA for a very long time because I concentrate on my full portfolio at RedBubble. I don't get a huge amount of comments any more but I get a lot of faves, so when I get the chance, I go through and thank the people, just to remind them that I'm still around and that my work (and my attention) can be found on RB!

Well that's good. I no longer understand how much of DA works, because I haven't been around for so long; and I've found that on RB my work sells significantly more and the profits are better - and, in general, most of the artwork on there is of a higher standard, which I appreciate!

ah, good to know that you can sell better over there... i always made my stuff for the fun of it and i thought i have to improve more and more... well, i did, and by now i start thinking about trying to sell some of it...
as to the standard of quality - this is one of the things i like about dA - there are nearly ALL possible stages of quality to be found - from simple school girls' scribbles to real designed stuff... i am curious, so this fits me well...

I know, I know - I spend my time over at RedBubble these days! But for some reason my work's been getting a lot of attention lately and all referring back to this account - so I thought it was about time I updated my stuff and actually put some effort in!

I must admit, it's been a long time since I checked into my DA account. I spend most of my time on RedBubble these days. But my works been getting a fair bit of attention lately and all referencing this account - so I thought it was time I came back and updated things!
