Sorry, I'm not following every Kamen Rider Blade episodes so I can't really answer this questions.

as far as I remember Kotaro is more like a side character that functioned as an observer of the events in Kamen Rider Blade, he doesn't really have a big role that affecting the story (again, I didn't watch most of Blade episodes so I might be wrong about the importance oh Kotaro's role)

dunno about Garren/Tachibana, but for Blade/Kenzaki he will surely end up as a homeless because Kotaro is the one that provide shelter for Kenzaki (in exchange of Kamen Rider coverage of course)  when he is kicked out from his apartment.

Kamen Rider Fourze Episode Thirty One (Plei-Ades King-Dom) AU Questions: If Kamen Rider Meteor (Ryusei Sakuta) hesitated, thinking and reminiscing on his time with Kamen Rider Fourze (Gentaro Kisaragi) while Fourze is battling the Aries Zodiarts, resulting in him beating the Horoscopes Zodiarts, what would Meteor's reactions be once he snaps out of his hesitation, thoughts and looking back on his time with the other Kamen Rider and the Kamen Rider Club and realizes he's too late to get his chance on helping Jiro Iseki (his friend)?

if we are talking about Ichijo, he will be really sad and feeling regret for being powerless; In the same episode we saw Godai telling Ichijo to kill him by shooting right into the Arcle in case Godai losing his humanity when transforming into Kuuga Ultimate Form, in this time Ichijo responded by saying he is feeling so useless (despite being a police) he had to hand over his duty to protecting people to civilian like Godai Yusuke who actually just wants to live his life and do some adventuring. So if Godai died during the fist fight I'm pretty sure that  Ichijo will be depressed not only by losing his best friend but also because he can only watch his best friend die in front him while unable to giving any support in the battle.

knowing Grongi nature that only saw humanity as a part of their slaughtering game "Gegeru", I think Daguva might just dispose Ichijo Kaoru right after Godai died. I mean Daguva only saw Kuuga/Yusuke as the only one that can entertain him (he love the strong and despise the weak) he doesn't even think highly about his own kind as he also killing most of the remaining Grongi that didn't encountered by Kuuga, by this logic it is pretty certain that he will kill Ichijo and then the rest of humanity.

hmm, There's a lot of things to like from Sailor Moon. From the characters, stories, interactions and the beautiful Songs.

but, if I'm going to pick the best thing it will be Tsukino Usagi/Sailor Moon herself, she is beautiful, kind and care for everyones around her. Sure she can be a bit silly and crybaby but along with the stories she became more mature and tough.

for me she is the main attraction of Sailor Moon anime, when I was a kid I'm hooked to the TV just to following her appearances...and those Transformation scenes. (She have the best ones among other Senshis.)

however before all that I met a friend,Johnathan Hall,he was the first person to ever become my best friend,and he taught me how to fight back,but then in my 2nd grade year,he change schools for no reason,however he left,the bullying got worst,and sometimes I got bruises 

but then on August 25th,2003,the beginning of my 4th grade year,I was taking a bathroom break,but then Johnathan came out of nowhere,and then he asked me about the beatings,and that is where he revealed,that he planned the bullying from 9/11 and he used me to hurt weak kids...

the reason: for me to become stronger

anyway after he confessed what he did,we got into a nasty fight,but everyone never heard it cause we made sure and it was personal,and then he did the killing blow,he grabbed a rock,tossed it in my mouth so hard,snapped my head back and it broke my neck and it killed me

and then he ran off

well, it's an interesting history with Sailor Moon... and about the last part  I don't really interested in the aftermath of what you will be doing with your friend, I know that retelling a bitter part of our past is a hard thing to do. (though if I'm in your position, I won't be satisfied before I shove a rock into his throat too.)
