Mostly we talked about alien creatures, I think. Life stuff too, but life stuff was different then lol. It has been awhile =) (Smile) I have been good. Busy with collage. D&D, trying to find a job. All that life stuff. I have not been on dA regularly in a long long time. Coming back to this websites feels a little strange sometimes.

Question for you: As a moderator for DragonArtists , how did the group decide the guidelines for the Featured Folder? What would you recommend the guidelines be for any group when it comes to the Featured Folder?

Hey, sorry. It has been a while since I have checked messages on dA.

For DragonArtists, it is primarily a kind of "Modertor's Pick" gallery, with different admin/mods picking their favorite submitted works to feature. Since there are quite a few admin, it gets a wider range of taste than if it were just one person picking what goes in. All of the items are decided by the personal preference of the admin who selects the item.

I for one look for images that display a high level of technical skill. Basically the stuff that looks pretty. I also like to pick things I think really embody "Dragons" classically, or things that stand out as especially different or superb that are submitted.
