We just got back to FL to do some art shows.
We went to the Tucson Gem Show. Cut about 800 stones.
Hauled Laura's car from Tucson to Ohio then back to Florida.
4800 Miles in a month. Crazy Huh? :) (Smile) - :)

800 cut stones... yikes, did you have to ice your arms? 4800 milesIS a long way. When Stephen and I moved from VA to AZ in 2004, we towed our only vehicle (Tacoma) behind the U-Haul... No one ever warned us that you had to disconnect the drive shaft on a toyota, so we had to spend over 2k getting the truck fixed before we could really even look for jobs... Moves always freak me out. This one only has one more hurdle, getting our 4 adored cats over here. I dream about them almost every night.

Went to the Tucson Gem Show and cut some cabs with a friend. But, I did sell over 90 pieces this week! :) (Smile) - :) I have 5 shows in a row starting this weekend. I need to make a lot of stuff!

I'm just teaching metal to my students. It's kinda fun to show off in front of them. They are still cutting out their first piece, and during my two 40 minute preps I finished 3 pieces. (Sawing out) They were in awe... it is flattering :) (Smile) - :)
