Its a long exposure where we keep the shutter open for about 30 seconds and balance ISO settings and F-Stop to create an equal balance of light

No Problem, The compositon is very nice, the only thing that created a disruption in the photo was the leash, but other than that, very nice job!

I saw you sort of lost faith in DA, well, I found out that submitting your art to groups gets you a lot more views and critics, you should try it.
