Are you excited for the Sea of Monsters movie?

I don't have high hopes, to tell ye the truth. I didn't really think a new movie was even coming out, based on the end of The Lightning Theif movie.

I..mmm...well...

I think that my expectations are so low that it cant be any worse than I think it's gonna be? I mean objectively it was an okay movie on its own without the books. Logan Lerman has also gained a lot more press since TLT movie came out so maybe they're expecting more people to go and see it?
I also think the target audience they where going for with the first movie was the same target audience as the first book, kids about 11-13. Whereas they might aim this one more towards teenagers. they dumbed down the storyline for the first one and it didn't work.
I didnt think they'd make another one either, like the golden compass or 'cirque du freak'. Cirque du freak actually had J.Hutch in, but they mixed up like all the books and it was just awful (I still love u josh)
Sorry where was I going with this? Right I'm not 'excited' for it like I was for The Hunger Games movie or for The Mortal Instruments movie which comes out the same week but I am interested to go and see it just to see if it's any better? and cos I love Jake Abel and Logan :3
