Ikr?:\ she's cheated me out of artwork. She's owed me a contest prize for about 4 years now. She's been avoiding me as well. She owed me this before she was popular, but this isn't the first time someone won't give me something free they owe me because they got too big to give things to us little people.

just to tell you she has had a very hard last few years this is why she rarely comes on i talk to her sometimes and have gotten to know the girl. she is dealing with a lot she may not tell all her watchers about but she is so please think about the person behind the art.

It's been 4 years...don't you think it's time to build that bridge, and you know...get over it? She's hardly cheated you... Yeah sure, it's annoying- but hey that's life. 

The more aggressively you come onto her, the less chance you'll have of getting anything; people have real lives to live. Emily took on a LOT of work to help her girlfriend out of a really bad situation, and she succeeded- they're now safe and I'm pretty sure all the money Emily raised that she didn't see a penny of it. Yet here you are slating her for a head shot??? 

TBH, if I had that much work to get done, only to have someone getting shitty with me over a head shot from 4 years ago...I'd ignore it too...going from past journals, she seems to have, or still is, suffering from depression- negative, aggressive, abrupt and nasty messages really don't help; if anything they push a person further away from the negative situation.

It's no good sending 10 more notes apologising and saying "It's fine, just take your time!" the damage is done. You've put a negative imprint on something. Whenever the 'offenders' username appears, the person will instantly associate it with the negative experience and simply bury their head in the sand...

I didn't know she was suffering from depression and issues with her GF. But she had all the time to do a simple colored headshot way before this all started, because she was drawing trades and gifts and fan art :/ lots of it.
I haven't told her 'it's ok don't worry about it' at all, I only reminded her after THREE YEARS. I wasn't angry with her until she claimed she actually replied to my note(the first one I sent her) when she didn't. A entire week went by, her still online, and she never sent a note or anything.

i wasn't going to apologize to her :/ I have nothing to apologize over. She shouldn't have acted like she was going to actually go it 4yrs ago, she even had it on her to-do list(which only had two other point commissions she eventually finished) but she made the obvious concious decision to knowingly remove from her list something she never finished and owed me. 
Im not one to sit by while someone treats me so rudely :/ not only did she remove it from her to do list when she promised me it, and she had plenty of time to do it, but she led me on several times and is now avoiding me for calling out her rude behavior. She got popular and decided to ignore me becaus I'm probs not popular enough for her. This isn't the first time I had a trade/prize owed to me by someone, they get popular and decide to ignore me.
