I would highly recommend Bridgeman's life drawing books. He has 5 and they are all about $10 each. They are all very well drawn and show how to construct and more importantly draw anatomy. Constructive anatomy is one of his books and a great place to start!

Maybe it's a step too far, I don't know,( we are just two people knowing each other by little fragments of text...) but I would like to ask how things are with you today ...? Your last journal was very low profile, like you were standing on the edge of a complete "creative burnout", something I know very well from my own experience in the past...
