Concerning your webcomic
From what I skimmed; the story seems interesting, the drawing has vastly improved though it wasn't bad to begin with, I like that you gave the "monsters" depth and a human element so that they're relatable. The pacing almost seems like watching a tv show

All in all it seems really good

I appreciate the webcomic's art style, and your choice of color is sensible and appealing. However, while opening with the ghost scene is a good choice to pull readers into the comic, it might've been more effective to build a little more suspense in the beginning, unless a very fast-paced and quick intro is what you were going for.
I just feel that it was a bit rushed and could have invested readers more if you stayed in the dark atmosphere for an extra page to build tension.
Otherwise, visuals are on point.
