My birthday is September 1st, I'm a graduate of The Graham School, and am currently attaining my bachelor's for graphic design at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.I'm a dork, and I absolutely adore science; I love astrology, astronomy, physics, meteorology, biology, chemistry, and.. Hahaha, but tumblr is more of a photo blog community. For example: i see TONS of pictures of Paramore daily, and pass those on to other Paramore fans, who pass that on to others. And thanks to Tumblr, I'm actually in the loop about what's going on in the world. It's how I found out about Libya and Egypt, and about the Paramore single that just got released 4 days ago.

Hah. I almost never pay attention to the news. My mom checks it every 5 seconds. But I still feel like I learn more from Tumblr than I could learn from watching the news. Especially Fox. Because they liiieee. And so does NBC 4 (a local news station). They lied about a "drug problem" our school had, and my friend told me that when her sister was little, and there was a shooting in her area, they asked her sister to lie in an interview. Like. what.

Omg. Fox news should be taken off the air, it's so rediculous. My fiance hates them with a passion. You know who Glenn Beck is? Horrible man.
EXCEPT. During that one interview Fox did with the leader of the "God Hates Gays" campaign leader? And the FOX INTERVIEWER actually starts yelling at her? [link] Then again, who wouldn't be offended by Westboro Baptist Church?

"that lady doesn't deserve to live if she's going to protest at a soldier's funeral, JUST BECAUSE he served in the military with gay people. Like, really.

it's also like saying, "oh, i saw a gay couple shopping at kroger, so I'm never going to go there or talk to anyone who shops there or works there."

They really hate our military because the US, to them, is going straight to hell for being tolerant of gay people. For them, anything relating to america = evil. So they think every dead soldier is like a "sign" that they're right and god is going to smite us or something. They came here & protested a year or two back because Dallas has a pretty big gay community & the largest gay church in the world. They also hate people like me; anyone who supports gays is a "fag enabler" for "allowing gay friends to keep being gay without trying to stop them" or something like that. Worst of all is when I see children out protesting with them, it makes me want to cry. Brainwashing children into hatred should be a crime.

But how do these people even.. like.. live? How? They can't possibly have any more than 2 friends each. And how do they even find spouses? Why do their kids love them?

LGBT isn't covered as a minority under the law, so technically it isn't a hate crime. Also because they aren't covered, they can be fired for their sexuality & businesses are allowed to somewhat descriminate.
Hahah, easy, they find a mate in their community as brainwashed as they are and raise their children under the same beliefs. Ugh, these sort of people are why LGBT suicide rates are what they are.

Nah, technically it's any social group. But a lot of times courts won't stand by people with a different sexual orientation and the aggressors are usually protected under Freedom of Speech. That's what Westboro Baptist Church always hides behind; it makes me sick.
