hello hun! I'm just a nobody but I was just arguing with somebody on instagram who's been stealing yours and other artists lara renders and not crediting. one of her lackeys is telling me credit isn't required. well it fucking is. the account is Angel_jessica_Williams and I would suggest you warn other lara artists and even if one little art theif is whooped, that's something right? I've had my art stolen too on IG many, many times and when you ask trhem to credit they get really mad.
instagram needs a way of reporting if your art has been used without your consent.

About what you said: posting someone's renders, especially on such a crappy website as Instagram without crediting the author is not considered as stealing as long as the person who posts them doesn't openly claims the authorship for these works or profits from them in any way.
Regardless, your comment is much appreciated. If you'll see someone stealing this kind of stuff in the future, you are free to tell me whenever you can.

*claps* that was amazing!!! I'm so happy somebody else knows how fucking illegal it is. and how you can be punished for it. the only problem with instagram is that the staff who run it are even less competent than DAs staff. they don't even have a way to report art theft and it's SO out of control on there. my render o lara and ellie was ALL OVER instagram, and I was flatly told "even if you are the artist, I wouldn't credit you, I'd credit who I took it from". I actually cried, that hurt me so much. I worked so hard on it only to be told I was denied my deserved credit. I was polite about it too! this kind of thing makes me just... well. I haven't produced anything in about two months. I feel so deflated and unmotivated.
perhaps one day my inspiration will return. maybe..

oh man that sucks..! I know for me in particular, when I see my work on there it stings like a bitch seeing no credit or even just.. I dunno. it makes me want to stop sharing my stuff so I guess I implanted that on how other people feel about it.

Thank you) When it comes to creating art, it's all about practice. Look up some tutorials and work 'till you get the result that is satisfying for you. I can't say i'm a pro, I just spend alot of time creating my renders (a week on the average)

That's cool. It usually takes me 1-3 hours to make a render, but that's mainly due to me not having ALL DA KNOWLAGZ.

That's what you wanna hear? Then you're about to be dissapointed, becouse my real point is:
A professor? Naah, I'm far from that. I'm just a person and I write comment to those works beaouse I can. About the background: It was a question. I didn't write the part "I can see" for no reason. Yes, this was a mistake, but I don't position myself as a "professor", you do. So, as a result, you laugh your ass up for something YOU have thought of, and not something that the person was actually implying.
And if you've got a butthurt becouse of my posts, you can go and...Oh, wait, you can't do nothing about it, actually. Becouse nobody cares about your reaction over it. What I'm doing is using my right to express my opinion. If you've got a problem with that, why don't you discuss it with someone who actually gives a f*** about your judgments and thoughts? Writing such comments on my profile will give you no result. Wanna know another reason I'm expressing my opinion on people's work? Becouse it really helps to show, who is adequate, and who is...well...you get the point. And it's also fun to rcieve butthurts from the second side too!
