Take some post it notes around with you and doodle on those whenever you have a spare minute, it helps way more than you'd think lol.. Anytime I get stuck at work a lot that's what I do, and sometimes those post it note doodles come out really good lol.. I've even scanned some in and finished them as a whole thing when I have more time. (and her name is Myri lol!!)
