It has been a pleasure to see your works I am also studying architecture, but at our school we do not have such high levels of drawing skills us yours. I hope some day I will be this good too

It's simply a result of a really tough competition . In Poland (in the case of Warsaw Faculty of Architecture) an entrance exam is based on drawing skills, and there used to be about 20 candidates for one place (at least when I was studying). Almost all the candidates attend special drawing courses in architectural drawing for about 2 or even 3 years before the exam. So, as you can see, it's  almost all about motivation

FYI: re education art/architecture/illustration and related curricula...Many - but not states - in the US have "community colleges"  (CC) - often with many campuses, and in large towns & cities many thousand students - on a given campus - able to choose from many thousand courses and dozens of specialities/certificates. The community college system in the US has been superior in several ways to the 4-year clleges and research universities, which are usually far more expensive than the CCs. CCs are often nearly free in several states,and their faculties are usually better than most colleges/universities....I've woked in higher ed for several decades... the CC art departments are usually very good quality...
