I speak a few words of Russian but I can't write in Cyrillic so I have to transliterate as best I can.

My high school had a Russian language program, it was back in the 80's but I remember some of it.

It's not very common now but I was in school when the Soviet Union was still alive and I was in an advanced placement & program school. I think they're teaching Chinese now.

Our country will be overrun with the Tajiks earlier than with the Chinese, I think. So, I think, everyone will learn the Tajik language after a couple of years.
