Love the facial expressions of them! My first thought was, they accuse us for our messing around with environment. Just personal interpretation, maybe because of I read an article about environment pollution shorty befor I watched your deviation in my news feed and got very curious about you work ;) (Wink)

Your interpretation is right, those objects are polluting our environment indeed, but also our minds and bodies. In my mind, those "chimeras" are some kind of Nature's soldiers, each of them has pulled an object off from me in order to show me that I don't really need them to be a human. Those objects symbolize false needs created by our civilizations. The chimeras' main goal is to release me of my false needs and to constrain me to recognize and to welcome my deepest nature (the animal part).

De rien, j'avais habite Fada N'gourma, 1978-1980, et vos belles photos me donne la nostalgie de retourner. Elles sont excellentes.

Borkina, et specialement les Gourmanches, sont les vrais peuples de la terre, et la terre dure. Mais vrais,"plein de beaute et de mystere
