Fun fact:
When it came to designing the elves of Tír na nÓg the main thing I took inspiration for was the elves in Lord of The Rings and the Hobbit (the most popular design for elves in fiction). I also thought it would be cool to do the elves as albinos, light skinned. They are ghostly white and their skin resembles wood and marble. They have long silvery hair that ends in gold and eye color that ranges from amber, to sienna, to even gold. They also have a golden colored nail polish on their finger/toe nails (it's sort of a traditional thing for them). The adult elves are tall, ranging from 6'4” to almost 9' (274 cm). The young elves would probably reach 5'3", 5'1", or 5'4". I feel like in live action they would look very much like Japanese people. They also speak with subtle Irish/Scottish accents (because they were one of the first inhabitants of Ireland).
I looked up the term "hemophiliac" and I found a Wikipedia page that said that a lot of royal families in Europe were hemophiliacs. In European royalty, it was a sign of purity to be white. And the less you took the sun, the better. It's a sign that they don't have to work, they don't have to be out in the sun. They are not labourers, they are these almost spiritual creatures. I'm attracted to the idea that the elves are connected, they bleed easily, and yet they are fighters.

I see~ impressed.
It is very explained.
It is exactly the image of an elf.
I only know about the game, but it sounds interesting.

Other info about the elves:
Their large pointy ears affect how strong their hearing is. This makes them incredibly attentive to sound.
Their eyes can be luminescent in the dark, and their pupils are narrow and cat like. This affects their biology with heightened vision and an excellent ability to see in the dark.
Almost all elves have sharp teeth. Their teeth are cat like and they have pointed canines.
Elves have heightened senses, including their sight, hearing and their sense of smell. Their sense of smell are so strong that rotting fish can actually stupefy them a bit.
They also have advanced healing and can recover from injuries pretty quickly. The elves don't age like we do and can be thousands of years old, a thousand elf years is equivalent to ten human years.
I based the elves' culture off of various cultures (The Middle Ages, along with elements of indigenous tribal, Celtic, Arabic, Roman, Greek, Tibetan, Indian, Chinese, and Far Eastern cultures) the main culture that they are based off of is Imperial Japan (with a bit of Thai mixed in). Some of their customs include honor, warrior spirit, technological advancement, respect of and connection to nature, and tea drinking.

Is that so. That is a wonderful observation.
It looks like your manga reflects such considerations.
As you say, the image of an elf is so.
I didn't know because the elf had no image of sharp teeth.
That's interesting. Certainly, Japan has such a common point.
Yes! I drink tea. ^^ I guess it came from China~

Thank you! ^^
Elves also like to eat slugs (to them they taste like leaves).
One of my biggest inspirations for Tír na nÓg were Ghibli movies, particularly Princess Mononoke, Nausicaä, and Castle in the Sky.
I drink tea as well! I like all kinds!

If my Tír na nÓg comic was to have a rating, it would probably be rated PG.
One of the things I want to do with my comic is to keep the darker and gothic tones that were used in fairy tales (such as ones made by The Brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Andersen, and Charles Perrault). My reason for this is because I think that children need stories that are frightening, because being afraid is a natural and healthy part of life.

I agree.
Your narrative is very pleasant.
Because the Japanese translation is wonderful, it will surely be the case even in the English original.
Great as a storyteller.

I want one of these:

The only way I can picture myself owning one of these is if I become a director in the future and I direct a live action Berserk film!

Wow~ Very interesting.
Yes, Berserk knows.
I remember seeing the old anime series.
That's good!
I want to see a live-action Berserk.
Thanks to you, I can know a lot.
Your manga work is a good and deep work.
I also enjoy your work little by little.

Fun fact:
As crazy as it may sound, the mechanical hand actually belonged to a real-life giant sword-wielding, heavily armored mercenary who lost his lower left arm, built a fully-functioning iron replacement, and fought in several battles against both the Catholic Church and the Ottoman Empire. His name: Gotz Von Berlichingen. Otherwise known as "Gotz of the Iron Hand". Kentaro Miura had no idea that this man existed, and he simply chose the name "Guts" because it sounded Germanic.
Thank you!
I'm glad you enjoy my work! ^^

Sorry for the late reply.
I see. That is surprising.
It is incredible that this person actually existed.
It is also surprising that Kentaro Miura did not know directly.
Yes~ \^^
