I still come here a few days a week and I'm not very active, but I do always look at Marcus's DA page, and read his story's.
Mostly I like to read the comments and his replies. These years later it still really helps me just to read his comments & replies in his own words....and everyone here was just so nice and respectful to Marcus with their opinions about his writing. You are all such great people.
I've done it before, but want to say a heartfelt thank you again to all of Marcus's DA friends...thank you all so much for being such a positive part of his time on Deviant Art. You will never know how much this means to a grieving father, so, THANK YOU!

Marcus was a healthy young man, naturally people will be asking what the cause of his passing was. I don't think the first commenter meant it in a rude way or meant to offend your family or Marcus in any way.

I miss you, Marcus.Β I may not be working on Retraction anymore, but I have been working on both The Zynektic Legend and Mortal Brothers MMXIX (reboot to 2010's Mortal Bros. Plush series) and I'm working hard to make them happen.Β You've inspired me to write and improve on my craft.Β Even if you're no longer with us in flesh, you will always be remembered for your talents in writing and art.Β I will always remember how you enjoyed my content and how I could improve from it.Β Farewell, old friend.
