In the USA it is 21. xD In Europe it is fantastically lower. When I was in Switzerland, France, Germany and the Netherlands, I was able to drink legally.

At age 16, you're allowed to drink in your home under parental supervision. But in public or at a resteraunt, the minimum drinking age is 21. xD
I drink wine and make myself kir royale. I also like teento (not sure of that spelling) which is like Sprite (lemon/line carbonated water) mixed with wine. It is AMAZING. So good!
