Hey Amber, have you heard of the anime, Chuunibyou Ga Demo Shitai? I am sorta so-so on it, but I think you might for a couple reasons.
Like look at this one cute sweetie in it. Doesn't she look a whole lot like your Charlotte? This one's name is Satone by the way.
Also, the main character, Rikka, wears an eyepatch like your Takako does (and her name sounds similar to my one FC, but with only one "k"). Look at Rikka and see.
